The adventure kits come from Mini USA, not the dealer.

 

Well then I stand corrected. Damn you mini Canada!

 

I got ... 2 pens, 2 keychains, 1 mini cooper car toy thing?, full rubber mats set, and the mini adventure field kit (little less than 2 months after I bought the car). :] I thought I wasn't going to get anything for buying, since we haggled them sh*tless. rofl

 

I got a bill for $371.52. Apparently I will get one every month for the next four years.

I received my MINI Parking stencil about two weeks after delivery and MINI Adventure Kit two months later. Yesterday I got an invitation to Halloween Party at MINI of Pittsburgh. My wife is very jealous, the only thing she gets from Toyota are oil change coupons.

 

I received 2 Mini parking stencils 2 YEARS after the car. All 3 adventure kits came within 6 or 9 months though.

 

Just received a small box, Adventure Kit I think it was called, with miscellaneous stickers, a nice pen, foam rubber die for the antenna, and other trinkets along with some secret decoder kit -- got this about 6 weeks after purchase.

 

Did any of the canadians get anything??

 

I got the adventure kit earlier this month and I picked up my car back in the beginning of August.

 

LOL that's all I used to get from when I owned a Scion...

I think I have three stencils floating around somewhere..

 

I only reseived the Adventure kit, no stencils.

But others get several to make up for it.

About fifteen weeks for the kit.

All ok by me.

 

I went in for routine oil/wiper blade service yesterday. They washed it too. I got it back and they lost my aftermarket stubby antenna. The service guy gave me a $50 voucher for service (this was my last freebee) or Mini gear at the dealership. Then I get in to go and my iPod's gone . Turns out it's in the secret compartment . He stuck a black short stubby antenna on there and I got out of there.

 

Last night i received a "mini parking only" stencil in the mail along with a note saying "we heard a rumor you were going to get a mini soon" but I did not purchase a mini! I would like to very much but have not yet. The closest I've come was emailing a man at my local delearship regarding test driving one. ( but I never test drove one)

so any ideas? Does mini send these things to potential buyers to make them feel bad and want to go out and but one?? Haha

surprise present? Any ideas would be appreciated

I got my parking stencil way before I purchased my MINI, too. I think they send it to you when you open an account on MINIusa.com (to use the configurator). I got two of them because I didn't like the username I initially created, and created another account to replace the first one.

 

Just received nice hand written Christmas Card from my dealer. The same wishes to you MINI of Manhattan

2 weeks after I purchased it I received two mini parking stencils

and about 2 weeks ago I received my adventure kit!

I got one of those too - I was hoping my wife had decided to order me a Mini for my birthday. I guess others got them too.

 

Luck was purchased as part of the Mini "Next" program so she is not new but she came with a BMW care kit (car wash, polish, window cleaner etc). From Mini Australia I got an email newsletter that anyone can get from the website. Maybe something else will arrive buy I won't hold my breath.
