Picked up my 08 MCS yesterday... Miss the whine of the supercharger though. But what an improvement overall. Pics to be loaded once the rain slows down in WV... Thanks to all at NAM for such great info and entertainment over the past 6 months.

Friends comments today consisted of simply: "are you kidding? another yellow car?" I reminded them they will only be seeing the tail lights

 

When did you order it?

I've been agonizing since I ordered my LiB MCS on Mar. 10th.
I was told I'd receive it sometime late May.

I didn't order it. The dealer had a couple on the lot with all but one option I wanted (the leather). so I figured I could live without the leather and the wait.

I went to Crown Mini in Richmond. Friends have had great things to say about them. Plus it is on the way to visit family... No give on price... Ill have it on the run on the 13th if you can make it.

But that red Duc of yours is faster yet...

 

No, it's common knowledge that Laser Blue and a black top that's fastest. And chrome (inside or outside of the car) adds ~10 whp for every glint of sunshine it reflects.

 

You're all wrong.

The specs actually show that Chilli Red with bonnet stripes and chrome line w/white turn signals garner extra speed both on the straight away, and coming out of the turns (the slip-stream coming off the stripes adds hp, and we all know the legendary speed of white light).

 

LOVE the yellow! I figure if you're gonna get an attention-getting car, get something that's DIFFERENT!
