Need Gearshift **** Info
I've got a couple of friends who can make a wooden gearshift **** for my R56, but I need some dimensions. Also, is it threaded or ?
(I don't know what information they actually need--just what I've been asked.)

Here is what the shift lever looks like:

I wonder if they had the same problem with brake dust that some of us do on our MINI'S?
