Two ways... I called "Ask Mini" and they stated it was on the boat and the web site under owner lounge stated that it was en route.
That's interesting. I thought ASK-MINI did not have any shipping information at all. Also, does not "En route" mean the car already arrived at the port and it's on its way to the VDC?

A few bits of info, first the good reps at ASK MINI will inform you to contact your MA, as once a MINI is at the docks, ASK MINI has no shipping info. Sometimes reps feel the need and will take a guess.
Second there were no MINIS that boarded any ships yesterday.
Since your sig shows you were at the docks on 10/12, and the OL is showing "ENROUTE" it is possible your Mini boarded the Tortugas that departed on 10/15.
Goto the WW site (link below) under the "Customer Centre" tab, click on 'Cargo Tracking", the choose "Auto Cargo", and enter your VIN #. That will show if you are on a ship and which one.
I was able to track my MCS trip by using the Wallenius Wilhelmsen Cargo Tracking website (link below). Once I was informed of my VIN, I did a search on the WW Cargo Tracking page to find which vessels were leaving South Hampton at or after the production date. From the cargo tracking site, I entered my VIN and I got confirmation that it was loaded on a specific vessel.
This is why I love these forums... Many thanks Tharkun (& JeffM5150). My Mini was received at the terminal on 10/12/07. It was Loaded on the Vessel (the Tortugas) on 10/15/07. The site varified Tharkun info that it sailed on 10/15/07. Is there a site to track the Tortugas?

If you check the WW site for the schedule, it will show the Southampton stop in "red". Once a ship departs a port, the WW site updates and show it as red.
there is a tread for tracking the Tortugas located in the "First Gear" forum, join that and you will have company on the voyage.

If you find the call sign number for the Tortugas you can check this site to see if it is broadcasting weather updates. If it is, you can get a position update about every six hours as it crosses the Atlantic. Once it gets close to land (Panama) it will stop broadcasting the data.
Not all ships broadcast this data. The ship my Mini was on did not but the ships a week before and a week after were so it is really hit and miss.
come on over - the coffee is on and we are waiting for the next "sighting" and pictures going through the Locks... don't waste your time on OL - its "way" behind - info here will be days ahead of that... https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=116748
If you would like to see what is ahead - read through this thread - I had a Mini on this ship headed for Ca then changed my order and started all over - however this thread will show you what to expect... Now back over to "1st gear" https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=113907
