I have been going around and around about getting a personal plate for my CooperS Clubman and after many possibilities, some of which were taken, and consultations(with my wife and friends) I finally ordered "FRKN MNI" yesterday. I feel it is an exclamation to be heard when I whiz by someone, as in "Its' a frickin'Mini" .

My first reaction was that it said FRANKIN MINI.. eg Frankinstein..

I sure hope they don't make a mistake and take out the "R".

 

How much are you all paying for the plates per year? In my state, it would cost me $40 a year EVERY year. Is that cheap compared with say Miami or Los Angeles?

 

i think in CA, it's at least $40 per year, which really sucks....I really want a personalized plate tho, so i may have to give in.
