Morristown MINI wasn't able to order it for me and I'm wondering if I can just use a piece of velcro instead. RealOEM photo is attached. The part number is 51472756132.

Could someone from the other side of the pond take a photo of their warning triangle and fastener please? Has anyone had any luck ordering this here in the states? It's only about $8 so I don't want to have to order it from Europe and pay twice that in shipping...

I have a 2009 (delivered 10 - 2008) clubman S with Runflats - I didn't get a Triangle. I had to fight for a tool kit also.

What is your configuration? Did the warning triangle come without all the questions?

I got mine from Princeton Mini.

 

I ordered the warning triangle and brackets for our 2005 Cooper from newministuff.com in the UK a couple years ago, they don't come with US cars - and I don't think you can even order it from US dealers.

 

I too have the warning triangle- I bought the triangle in England, but didn't get the brackets at first...but Velcro would not stay up! I tried all kinds- so finally had to get the real brackets-
Here are the part numbers that worked for an R56....would they be the same for a Clubman??

Also, make sure to ask for the screws...

I have a 2008 MC and they fit beautifully.

 

Actually, the Clubman is a bit different - the triangle mounts on the inside of the rear hatch (barn doors) sill. It doesn't use the brackets like the coupes do...

 

Mine, an '08 coupe, does have it mounted on the inside of the hatch, not under the parcel shelf like earlier years....but what you say makes sense to me- you're right about the clubman- I forgot that it's rear doors are different!
