PH Cabrios?

I'm just wondering if there are any other PH (BEP) cabrios out there.

I've only seen one other one, and I know they're rare.

Anybody, or am I all alone here?

Brutal! I can't believe there aren't any other PH Cabrio's out there. Great color. I thought the HO's were the least popular color. Good thing for you though is that JIMI is truly a unique MINI. So you can wear that badge with pride!

That's OK. I was just curious to see another.

If I'm the only one, then so be it.

Odds are it'll probably stay that way since PH is getting retired.

I'll make my own PH MCSc club, and I'll be president, vice pres., chief of staff, etc.

We've got one coming down the "birth canal" as we speek". Build should be completed on April 7th! Yahoooooooo! We put in the order on January 2nd and the next day got a call from our MA saying that PH was being discontinued and we needed to order a different color...since our production date wasn't until August. Well, a few weeks ago got a call that the dealer got extra production slots allocated and if we still wanted PH they could slip us into April production! Amen!

Congratulations Wildfamily!

Consider yourself one of the lucky few!

Have you named him/her yet?

I'll be at the Dragon in May; sure would like to see another one.

Well let's say that my wife will be calling it "Purple People Eater" and will have a license plate to match. I'm more partial to calling it "Mini Jimi" for obvious reasons . Anyway, it's technically her car, but I talked her into upgrading to the S and to ensure we had the kick to get us down the road. The car is on it's way across the Atlantic as we speak. Should be coming through the Panama canal any day now for an early May delivery. Should be trucked up here to WA state sometime by 1st week of June! Can't wait to put the top down and let er' rip!!

Now wait a minute, There's already a JIMI here (see sig.); in fact, there's apparently another one in CA also.....http://on.miniusa.com/resume.jsp?name=suzander

PPE is a good name, altough there's another one of those on NAM ,too. That's what they were calling JIMI at my first autoX.

Well, it's your MINI, I guess you can call him/her whatever you want.

There are two versions of Purple People Eater member names here on NAM. BTW, I saw a beautiful PH/B cabrio in Santa Monica last month. VERY nice!

Sure sounds like PH cabrios are a rare animal indeed. They sure look even better in person. We drove up north for the Puget Sound Mini gathering (they were joining the MG club) for the annual Tulip Festival run this weekend just to drool in advance of the arrival of our Mini (coming soon). There was a PH MCS there and it look great in the sunshine.

Hey...How about "Grape Ape" for a name?!?! Anyone seen/heard of that yet?

PH Convert

I live in DE and have a PH convertable. We got the opportunity to drive with many others in the MTTS from DC to NJ. We seemed to be the only PH at this gathering...
Love the color...
