Finally, our first top-down day of the season!

Today was the first day that we've had weather decent enough to put the top down. What a beautiful day in Atlanta Georgia. Put your hat and sunglasses on!

I would say it was the first day I dropped the top this season in Indiana, but last weekend I gave a night tour of the downtown area to an out-of-town friend...Top down, snow showers & great fun!

In one week we went from snow to spring.

It was nice not having a coat on this time

Sweet! I had mine on Thursday last week. Awesome! Went for a drive this Sunday out for Ice Cream with the family.

It sure has been nice lately, but I think that will change. It's ok, we could use some more snow up here for a bit (to help the snow pack for the rivers this summer). BTW we live in Calgary Canada!

Good times. It's been months since I've been able to go topless :D.

It was a great weekend in NJ for topless driving, We went topless all day Sunday and part of the day Saturday. I love my Mini and Love motoring topless even more. I am glad that spring seems to be arriving, I have only used Blue M&M 5 times since November.

I come from Montreal (Qc, Canada) and my 1st top-down run for the season was January 26th: it was a sunny day and around 7 celcuis degres (45 Fahrenheit degres). Unlike New York and Colombia district, we didnt have a snowy winter and the winter temperature was highier than the normal.

Since March 1st, I drive top-down everyday (until sunset). The temperature is around 5-9 degres celfcius at daylight. Itsn't too cold for me. I have to say I am a "crazy canuck"! From the beginning of march, I saw only one top-down. All other convertibles still have their top-up.

Also, when my mother went to grocery, she talked to the woman in from of her and talked about weather: Mom: "It's sunny today. Time to go out with convertible cars will be soon!. Woman Costumer: "Yeah, I opened my sunroof and I fell so warm." Cashier: "Convertible, I saw one top-down today!" Mom: "It was a MINI Cooper, right?" Cashier: "Yeah!" Mom: "Well, it was my son! "

Yeah, I am a "crazy canuck" and like the ad said: "Always down!" I follow that rule!

I had my first top down day this past Sunday (barring one very cold night ride in January in celebration of getting my battery problem fixed). It was great! Supposed to hit 50 today and tomorrow so I will have to go out and get some more topless motoring in!

Spring time in CA

Putting aside my top issues, I dropped the top yesterday and enjoyed the early Nor Cal spring weather (late winter). Mid-60s during the day and 50 or so at night. With the wind blocker, no need for a jacket, heater, or heated seats! Thats the reason for a convertible!
