Lucky or unlucky - you decide
This morning on my way to work I was coming out of a traffic circle when a rather large car surged out of his right turn only lane right into the space that my little mini was occupying. I pretty much had to take Hiedi to her limits of adhesion to avoid this behemoth car coming at me. This all happened in front of a group of striking constuction workers (in other words, no lack of witnesses). The other driver clearly had no respect for others around him. After I avoid the potential accident, I then realize that the offending car is a Maybach! Holy cow! I should have let him hit me!
It really makes me wonder that if I had known it was a Maybach before he swerved at me, would I have had the guts to hit him. It is an interesting ethical question....what do you guys think?

An expensive car just means the driver is more likely to have insurance. You still only get the cash to pay for damages and injuries.
Rich people stay that way by not giving things away.

Screw the maybach, that thing is just another one of those cars that stand for everything against MINI........its BIG, not fuel efficient, HEAVY, i would never own a car like that even if i had all the money in the world.
The less there are out there, the better off everyone else will be

I would never hit anyone else intentionally regardless of what they were driving. How would you react if the shoe was on the other foot? Ever hear of the Golden Rule?
You did the right thing by trying to avoid contact and based on the way you reacted it was probably your base instinct to do so, so congrats for that.

The Maybach is nothing more than a stretched wheelbase version of hte previous generation Mercedes Benz S-Class.
The Maybach has been a flop in its intended ultra-exotic, ultra high roller class. Customers have quickly discovered that this thing is nothing but a rebadged mundane Mercedes. Who would taught that a MB would be called "Mundane"...??
Rolls Royce (Owned by BMW) and Bentley (Owned by Audi/VW) are the ones pretty much in control of that market. To me a RR Panthom or a Bentley are no brainers in comparison to the Maybach.
