They certainly look like they are straight from the MINI parts bin. I wonder if parts like these are typically sourced from a single vendor for use by numerous manufacturers? I would expect hidden parts (electronics for instance), but exterior bits like this?

Styling is blah but if its a good car I can overlook that, I sat inside them several times, everyhting feels like its going to fall apart, and my legare long enought seat all the way back and my knees were still in the steering wheel and on top of it the prefomance numbers are that of a minivan. Designed for my demographic, yeah, right.

Why is that front bumper so freaking HUGE! The "Deep Dish" doors aren't helping either.

I was motoring up I-5 a few weeks ago and saw an xB traveling the other way. Its big bumper had been blue-taped for the road and it had racing and tuner decals all over it! It gave me quite a chuckle!

Some MINI folk put stubby Honda radio antennas on their cars, so it works many ways.

From a sports car with far more HP and a Miatia like balance and handling, not a Civic or Odessy. We need antennas that can handle the high speeds

Maybe because it's a box with 4 tires...or the fact they lack any type of character or style. One of the fugliest cars ever made.

No, that part IS right out of the MINI bin, and is NOT a Scion part. It's kind of like if a MINI owner took a Mercedes SL vent and hacked it into the hood...

Look at the bright side. The Scion xA and xB are being discontinued! No more Playskool Car. Just add Weeble-Wobbles!

I was hoping Nissan would bring the "Cube" to America. It looks like the Scion xB only boxier, (yes, that is possible ). I liked it.

The xA is being discontinued, soon to be the xD. The xB is not, just redesigned.
In defense of the xB, it is an "interesting" vehicle, and reasonably priced (fully loaded for about $15,000) plus it hauls alot and has the Toyota quality. I know of several MINI owners that also own xB's - maybe because they are daring to be different anyway?? O.K. - I admit that one resides in my driveway. BUT I plead
"not guilty" to it sporting any MINI parts - and being "stock".
