Is there anyone on this board who lives in the San Diego area who would be willing to drive to Chula Vista (right off the 54) this week to allow us to test out a new aftermarket part? You'd be compensated at $25/hour, or you could elect to keep the mystery part (and future mystery parts) that we produce for the coopers. This part is cosmetic, exterior, and absolutely will not damage your car in any way (during removal of the old part and reinstall of the new part), and your old part will not be damaged and can be reinstalled. We need this done ASAP.

Ok, it's a carbon fiber piece(s), and our "beta" tester would also recieve future carbon fiber pieces at little to no cost. We simply need to test fittment on an item(s) we're working on, which will take about 30 minutes. I don't want to go into too much detail at the moment because we will be first to market with most of these items, and I am concerned about keeping a competitive advantage.

There are under bonnet CF bits....

How much are the Japanese mirror caps, and where can I find them? Since those are out already, I'll say that that's *one* of the items we're working on. If you're in SD and would like to beta our mirror caps (and a few other items that are non-s) please let me know.

What would be the differance in the MCS and MC parts other than the body trim in the back and the bonnet?
and of course under the bonnet...

 

There are certain parts that you can use on both MC and MCS, and there are others which we need a MCS for (engine, grille, etc). We have about 5 parts in fabrication right now, 2 of which are MCS exclusive, all of which look incredible. Let me know if/when you'll be down in the area! We need this within a week if possible. If anyone in SoCal with a MCS is interested in being our beta car, please let us know.

We found a car last minute (Actually, Don Heine at Brecht let us use a car on the showroom floor). When we are in pre-production, which is a production quality part being beta tested, we'll need a couple of MCS's in the area, but we've pretty much got the hood scoop beta guys covered. Going forward, we'll let the board know what else we need. We fully intend on becoming sponsors of the site (have sent PM's), and look forward to a great relationship with the MC and MCS community!
