TIKI, and I have decided to get personalized plates that say TIKI S.

This will combine my love of Tiki items, ****'s artwork, and the memory of our recent trip to Polynesia into the center of the universe my British Racing Green MINI Cooper S. So my MINI shall be Tiki(as we all know Tikis are believed by the polynesians to represent gods) and it is good.

thanks for sharing in this happy moment!

I will post some pics this weekend if we get some sun. It is freaking snowing here today, and it is to get down to 20 tonight. It was 75 yesterday and blowing and sandblasting and Tiki is staying in the garage anytime the weather is less than perfect. Unless it is a pre planned twisty day, otherwise it is not going to get rained on ever again.

jc

it is the least I can do for him!

xpcdoojk,

where are you located where the weather is so bad?
I'm planning on driving from TX to Seattle in a few days and need to decide on the best route.
TIA!

Well you will be going out of your way if you visit me and Tiki! I live in Southwest Missouri. The snow is temporary, as it is too warm for it to stick and by the time it cools off enough most of this system should be to the east. I did notice this morning that it was snowing in northern Texas on the news. I would if I had to leave immediately consider the longer southern route because April is a notoriously snowy time in Colorado and Utah. It is my favorite time of the year to go skiing because when we are getting rain they are getting powder. Everything is on sale in the ski shops and the left tickets are cheaper and there isn't many people skiiing.

jc

ps That is quite the road trip from Texas to Seattle, yikes.

Great choice in colour!!! I just wish it wasn't metalic, it would be great if it was like the BRG from the 60's.

It would be great if it wasn't metallic, but it really is a beautiful color that looks different everytime I see it. I would prefer the traditional non metallic paint, but it is what it is. I think that it and the Electric Blue are my two favorite colors. I like all of the colored ones, CR, LY, IB. For me my first British car had to be BRG. It would be equally wrong to buy a cool Italian sports car in Blue.

TIKI is a excellent name for your MCS (which of course is an excellent colour choice)!! Have you ever seen the TIKI birds at Disney?

GO BRGS!!!! I love teh color adn tiki very nice.. I really liek the metalic green,, the flat green always seems to dull over time.. I think the metalic will keep the paint job fresh as far as style goes over a longer period of time.. eiherway I got teh green becasue of the classic green,, so I can't disliek either too much..

Interesting name...I named mine "Nelson". Living in Germany I have the use of the power provided...I have reached the speed of 140 mph stock!!! If anyone is fam with the Simpsons will know of "Nelson" he's the guy that beats the crap out of Bart. After seeing this I named MY MC S. And will put on my front and back window "Don't F... with Nelson". Because he Kicks ***!!

Have a GREAT day!
