Finally ordered my MCS today at MINI Of Peabody!!

I wanted a fairly simple, affordable and light MCS.....so heres the specs:

2006 MCS
Chili Red
Silver Roof and mirrors
Cold Weather Package
LSD
Xenons and front fogs
Space Gray Cloth
Chrome line interior
Chili Red Dash

That's it, like I said not too fancy...I've already got a ton of toys in mind, including a few JCW bits for possible Craptastic consideration.
I'm looking at late July delivery.......

Are you absolutely sure you'll never want cruise control, (MFSW)? It's one of the few options that actually increases the Kelly Blue Book resale value, and most people expect a $25,000 plus car to have it. Of, course you don't have to use it if you don't want, but it can be helpful with gas mileage, preventing a ticket, and resting your leg on trips. The stereo controls are neat too.

Great color choice, looking forward to pictures.

Also, did you join CROC yet?

 

I wanted the body colored dash really bad! You MINI sounds picture perfect! Rememeber to take lots of pictures!

To Resmini---believe me, i debated every option a thousand times!! Honestly though, I have cruise in my current Civic Si and have used it twice in 4 years, so I let it go. I see your point about resale value, though.

Just making sure you didn't want it later, since retrofitting it is very expensive.

Just noticed your Rhode Island address. I guess by the time you set the cruise, you're on the other side of the state.
