While I applaud your love for your MINI. I believe it's showing through a little strong when it comes to your price. While I am aware this particular vehicle is worth more than "Book Value" (which is closer to 20k) I do not think it 10k more.

But, I'm not an appraiser so I could very well be proven wrong.
