My MINI is very happy this week, lots of new toys and trinkets, all in the same week. Some of them are less common, thought I'd share:

* New Nav OS update, much improved graphics
* Spiffy Caps installed to cover door holes
* Rear seat pull-up straps installed
* Euro tail lights installed (amber turn signals!)
* MINI first aid kit added
* MINI warning triangle purchased (not installed, still need "bolt kit")
* Cooper contacts added
* "Whiptastic Handling" decal added on the boot
* 2 Schroth harnesses bought (not installed yet though)
* MINIfini tow link purchased
* MyMini Driver Knee Pad installed
* Leather door pull covers installed

I'm sure that if the car could talk to me, it'd give me a big smooch!

God I love this car. The simple addition of new accessories or decals can make it feel like a whole new car all over again.

Anyone else? Done anything interesting or unusual for your MINI lately?

 

Sounds like your car is babied.

In the last week I have done:

Washed, Clayed and waxed
Navi update as well
MTHed my car

 

I know what you mean, my addition of a chrome ring around the shift **** and a little tray below the instrument panel console made my entire MINI look better, even the outside.

 

Haha - no, it's not babied. In fact I don't wash it as often as I should, and I definitely don't give it the clean treatment it deserves, as you do. I bought it to drive it, not to show it... and I drive it HARD. I love it though!

Hehe... ain't it great? And there's never any shortage of new stuff available for the car either.

 

It does boggle the mind how much we love these cars......it's CRAZY!!!!! Nice job, Edge!!

I baby Red 5 all of the time. Only nine weeks old and a wash every weekend with a cleaning of the interior. Adding little touches here and there, and on October 15th all of the Star Wars deco will be added! I write about and post photos on my personal web log all of time.
