When is it too late in the production process to make changes?

I was looking online and noticed that the MCS I have on order was missing the Anthracite Headliner option that I had specified, as well as not listing any interior at all for some reason. I called Ask Mini and they said the car was 'scheduled for production with no date set for completion'. However, online it still says 'on order'. I assume that Ask Mini is more up to date than the owners lounge? It's not too late for me to get my sales guy to check on things and make any neccessary changes, is it?

I think the "on order" and the "no date for production set" is the same thing. It just sounds like something is happening. Mine just changed today with a completion date set, and both ask Mini and the Owners Lounge changed. On the owner lounge mine also doesn't list the anthracite headliner so I emailed them and they have it listed. In fact it is listed twice. Maybe one is yours.

Mine did not list it either, and when I looked at the dealer's order they had it listed twice also, one for $0, and one for the actual price. You can call your dealer to make the change if you wish, but the odds are it is probably there.

Call ASK MINI ASAP and ask them to confirm all of the options on your car.

Call your MA at the dealership and confirm the options. You can change the order up through Status 112: Scheduled for Production [with date]

The Owner's Lounge rarely has all of the options listed. Just call your MA and ask them to confirm to calm your fears.

Thanks everyone. I sent my MA an email since it was the weekend. Will call and confirm with him on Monday. If something isn't right i'll have it fixed ASAP, because I expect the car should go into production shortly.
