how does everyone feel about changing names. i picked the name Bourne early on but it never quite clicked for me and i never use it (the name not the car). When we started looking at names for our future child i found a few i really like thatwere vetoed by my wife. Aidric is probably what i would go with although i have a few others in mind as well.

Well, I saw a snake ta other day, and they called it a Black Racer, shuks, it was faster than a fart in the wind...So, it's between "Black Racer" or "Dark Vader" for me....
This is Mater....Over and Out!!!!!

I named my 06 cool blue Cooper Jack after a character on a book named 'Falling Angels' from the writer of 'The Girl with the Pearl Ear' a few months ago I completed Jack's name with a last name Azzurri italian for blue I've been thinking to just call it Azzurri
I might do it later

I never named a car before, but I've had boats with and without names and even when I put a lot of effort into an artistic paint job, I still just called it "the boat". Hence "d'Mini", like the well-known (around here) sportscaster, Buddy D'Liberto.
I call mine Fuzznutt, I had not gotten any tickets for over five years, but once I got the Mini I got 3 in the first two months. The last one the cop got me for speeding, but I was in the middle of a pack of five or six cars just going with the flow, but he singled me out.

I have ordered a personalized plate that will read "SS MINI" (5-8 more weeks). The SS Mini is in reference to the SS Minnow of Gilligans Island fame. Though I expect to have better luck than the Minnow. As for the name, she'll be named Gilligan or Gilli for short. I am doing this to keep with the theme. Also having a CR/W roof car it kind of looks like Gilligan with his white hat and red shirt.
I posted a photoshop of my painted arches plan to my local MINI board. Someone mentioned that it looked very 'Stormtrooper', so the name became Jango, the "Father" of all stormtroopers. It had the right ring to it and it just stuck.
Now my wife has a big, black Cadillac. She's calling it "Vader"...
Sometimes MINIs have to try on their names for a while. If it doesn't fit, you must change it!
