Replaced all my shocks and struts 3/30/20 @ 135,000 and replaced the upper bushings in the rear with Lemforder bushings. BIG MISTAKE!! Heard a rattle coming from the back end 3/21/21@ 137,533 so replaced the passenger rear with another Lemforder top bushing thinking it was a fluke. Fast forward to 10/28/22 @ 147,000 and hear the same rattle AGAIN!! This time I wise up and replaced both rear top shock mounts with Powerflex and hopefully I can get more time than the crappy Lemforder garbage ones. Check out the pic to see the comparison; Obviously day and night. Looks like I am not the only one this has happened to;

Yeah. Several other people here on NAM have had the same issue with the Lemforders.

 

I can see why these bushings are a problem, but I’ve used many other Lemforder parts with no difficulty at all.

Was ONLY referring to the bushings clearly identified in type, multiple pictures and video. Not sure how that could be misidentified, but where there is a will there is a way.

 

Well, your thread title implies generic avoidance of Lemforder as a brand. Perhaps your thread should be titled "Avoid Lemforder Rear Shock Bushings At All Costs"?

Guess if your a wokester/snowflake and spend your entire life looking to be offended at every turn, you could bend that to you accusations; then again there is reality IF you READ the thread, saw the pictures, saw the video and thought abjectly. Keep forgetting in 2022 that's just about impossible. My bad. Waiting to be deplatformed, doxed, fired from my job, accused of racism, antisemitism, sexism, white privilege and a being a hater.
