I finally did it!!!

after 2 yrs of mulling it over in my head ...I finally test drove the MCS...I was smitten with that machine and now I've ordered the 2005 MCS/dk. silver/sport package/auto trans(the wife can't drive a stick)...looking forward to a long, happy relationship !!!

Two years of mulling it over??? That's a whole lotta mullin' baby! But good to see that you came around. Welcome to the insanity. Also, great that your wife can drive as well. Then you don't have to explain yourself when you get a little too attached and involved with the new machine, 'cause she'll know. Because trust us, it'll happen. It's a crazy little beast and a whloe lotta fun. Now you're in the bad part. Waiting for it to arrive. Good luck with that.

thats the same story with me, test drove an 03 Cooper CVT, 8 months later took delivery of an 04 MCS :smile:

thanks for the great welcoming...I ordered from Mini-Mike Dunne at Habberstad Mini in Huntington, LI...the Mini is due to arrive St. Patty's Day...waiting with baited breath ...happy motoring to us all!!!
