MCS Shifter Bushing R53?
Way posted this link in another thread (I can't find it now). Maybe it's what you need.

:
My first suggestion would be a junkyard, but an old used bushing might be worn and brittle as well.
Bummer that the Ford part is discontinued because that's a cheap 'n easy fix.
Surprised that this bushing has not been reproduced by an enthusiast with 3D printing capabilities, that would be cool.
Also surprised that there's no aftermarket solution, like maybe one made of brass or delrin or something.
As for finding a brand new bushing,
there's likely something out there in the world that is 'close enough' but made for another application, and finding the correctly dimensioned part would require time-consuming herculian effort.
I have seen it suggested (but not actually implemented) on the Minitorque forum that you can buy a cheap China short shifter and just use the bush from that because they are included in the kit, these appear to be direct copies of the old B&M shifter.

:
The cheapest I've seen is $32 on ebay:

Nice that B&M included that bushing.
Pelican parts has a great tutorial of installing one.

Snippet clip which is relevant here:

Oh man, that's awesome!!!!
Please update this thread when you obtain specs, or any possible way to get this little part piece, as I'd like to get one or two for my parts stash.
Found Motorcraft pn # 97ZZ 7335 AA in Autonation Ford in Scottsdale , AZ..but, this part will not fit on my 2002 & 2006 R53 because it is too small to fit the pivot ball on the Cravenspeed short shifter or OEM shifter and does not look anything like the original OEM bushing ( the internet was completely misleading on the Motorcraft part). Will have to hit the wrecking yards for a 06-14 6-speeds,;which all used the same shifters..
