R50/53 P1106 Code
P1106 Code
Hello everyone,
My cooper had a P0107 code two weeks ago so I ordered a new map sensor to replace the old one. Just installed it and started it up but the idle was very rough and sounded as if it had an issue with getting a full "explosion" in each cylinder. It is 10 degrees here today so much warmer than when it originally was having issues. Not sure why it would be throwing out another code - P1106. This code, from what I've read about, seems to be focused on the wiring side of things. Is there something else related with the manifold pressure that could be causing this code? Has anyone else ran into this issue? The idle is fine at start-up but gets worse as the car warms up. I'm REALLY confused
