Well I guess I may first out of this group but the last out January group since my MINI was born on 12/6/02. I have just been waiting for them to load my baby.

I've got about 8100 miles on her. When I got the MINI there were options that weren't available -- parts of the Cold package, no Harmon-Kardon -- so I got back on the list to order one to "exact specifications".

Aloha! Seems we ordered on the same day as you, along with the prduction date and changes. From what I observed so far, you're the only MCS for a 1/10er. BTW. Status 150 is the beginning of production. Just hoping we take delivary in Feb. (getting conflicting reports, maybe March because longer shipping time to Hawaii)

Anyone know if MINI's are delivered through Brunswick (GA)? I thought I read that the port furthest south on the East coast that they get delivered to is Charleston. Brunswick is a few hours closer to me in South Florida and would cut a few hours off the shipping time :smile:

Appreciate your personal thanks. Others have stated the same, again it's my pleasure. Keeping our "Club Feb" list updated helps us all pass the time and our time is now!

Wish MCO had a way to automate a similar "Can't Wait for Clubs" listing. Also, wouldn't it be great if Oxford e-mailed us directly as our status changes.

For those in the Midwest, may be the "CWFFC" can get together in March-April?

STATUS 160

Wish I new the exaxt "Birth Date," but I am happy to report that I am Released to Distribution as of 1/6/02. Now I'll just cross my fingers for the next available Train!

As we know from my posting above I just learned how to call ASK-MINI. Well, I called this morning and ***TA-DAH*** I'M STATUS 160! Released to distribution!

Now I'm off to research the process from 160 to 196 and how long it takes to get from point A to point B.

YIKES. I'm excited!

 

Hey Fellow Club Feb-ers!

I just called askmini and I'm now at 182 (released to carrier)!!! I can hardly believe it! I was 152 just a week ago and there was a holiday in there. Mini certainly scoots! It looks like I'll be motoring way ahead of schedule!

Called ASKMINI this morning to (hopefully) get some good news and start off the week on a positive note.

STILL at status 150 with only 4 days before my production date. I wonder if this has anything to do with being the lone Cooper S in the bunch. The ASKMINI rep this morning told me Mini can complete a car in 4 days easily, so I am not too discouraged....just anxious.

Congrats to everyone else whose Mini is plugging along.
