Hey. My little MINI is flowing so quickly through the system I'm always one step behind.

Called ASK-MINI yesterday and we were still 160, released for distribution. This morning I check the WW site and we've been assigned to a ship (the AIDA), loaded abord and the "vessel has sailed". Schedule is to be in NYC on January 17th!!!

Looks like I slipped on to the same ship as TMAC!

My baby has made it to the docks- status 193 as of yesterday! Now, I need to wait for my ship assignment. The advisor at askMINI said it could take a week to get scheduled. What has been the experience of others ahead of me? Inquiring minds want to know!!

1/24 estimated build date, but no VIN yet.

Will think positively and hope that they start our cars early.

My MINI is on the AIDA too .. loaded at 14:39 GMT .. I knew there was a reason I decided to stay home today!! WOOO HOOO!!!

 

So how many of the 1/10ers are on the AIDA?

(My VR/W was loaded @ 2:08pm!)

Interesting. ASKMINI told me today that my MINI is on the train to Southhampton. But then I checked http://www.2wglobal.com and it says my MINI is on the Aida. Which one should I trust?

Went to status 151 AKA BodyShop. (Whew!)

I am seriously jealous now, I checked my mini on monday and it was still at 150 status..errr Eventhough I know its prod. date isn't till the 17th I am still eager for her to get moving along.

I know how you feel... My MINI sat at status 150 from 12/16 through 1/3. It progresses really fast once they get going. Hang in there! :smile:

Having trouble locate AIDA - call sign "scfi" does not return anything.
Anybody else tried??

Here's what I did- as advised here, I went to the shipping company's site:

Then went to "cargo tracking". Select "auto", then enter the last 7 characters of your VIN. It gives you the loading info. From that page, click on the link for "voyage" (EA301-AID) and it gives the following info:
