We moved to the Resolve also... As much as the anticipation stinks I'm not going to stress (and I keep telling myself that over and over!) as long as the car gets here in time for us to finish the break-in before MINIs on The Dragon! 300 or 400 something miles just to get there should help!

 

Same here. Have you considered the Wet Okole red and black seat covers or the MINI Red Tartans? I've got swatchs ordered from Wet Okole to see how close it is to Chili Red. Will report back if you're interested.

 

My MA found my MINI, Zippy is at sea on a K-Line vessel due in SC on 4-15. She said about 10-12 days after that he should be ready in KC! Yahoo! Motoring in March after all

Go figure, just checked my cargo status and I'm switched again, back to the original ship RESOLVE!!!

 

Given all the delays that Terrier has encountered and the sudden movement of cars off of Terrier... I wonder if she has developed some "issues" and is headed for some unsheduled maintenance?

 

You know what pisses me off? Well, besides the fact that this will be the 2nd weekend my car will sit on the doc doing NOTHING, but I can not even search by vessel, "VIRGO LEADER", the site says that the vessel name contains invalid characters... uh, no it does not... I even typed it by hand, and I am using IE, rather than Firefox.... that is bull........

I have email all the MINI dealers in CA.... a few have yet to reply... why they take days to reply is beyound me, I guess they are just lazy.... I mean, come on... the world lives on email.... I will have to call the last few this weekend...

I'm in the same boat as you, so to speak. The WW web site shows my MINI booked on the Virgo Leader and recieved at the port on 2/25/05. The Virgo Leader has left the port and is due in Port Hunneme (sp?) CA on 3/19 but my car has not been confirmed las loaded. Don't know if my car is sailing now or still sitting at the port.

 

How are you guys seeing what boat you are on? Online it shows my car is Awaiting Transport but when I all 866-ASK-MINI it says it's in transit and to call my dealer for more tracking info. We'll I emailed the guy and he never responded. Guess I'll go there in person tomorrow.

We are loaded on the vessel as of 8:33 GMT!

nerd, you need to go here: http://www.2wglobal.com/www/WEP/index.jsp

Then click on Customer Centre > Cargo Tracking > Auto and enter in your complete VIN. It will then show you when your car was received at the W&W holding area in Southampton, what ship your car is booked on, and the voyage number. Click on the voyage number to get information on the ship's schedule...

I'm still trying to find the Virgo Leader. All the links above only show from today on. I did find that there are 10 of us on the ship by searching by the booking number. I also found the call sign which is H3YE from http://www.wsszb.nl/shipfinder/vesse...65&Z_CHK=34229. I'll keep looking.
