Does anybody have a source for a Lemforder inner tie rod for an R53 that's in the SF Bay Area?
Pelican doesn't seem to list anything but the whole assembly. My alignment shop didn't request the ends, just the inners.

I ordered two inner tie rods from ECS and when they arrived, the two bags had the same part number but inside one, which on closer inspection, had been resealed, with a Febi tie rod end, I think, but it doesn't even appear to be for a Mini as it's way too short.

Wanted to get this done on Friday. Not happy.

 

Maybe a stupid question.....but have you tried a normal auto-parts store? (NAPA, Autozone, O'reilys, PepBoys, Etc, etc....) Most every auto parts store in my area will carry mini parts, or can at least get them from their local warehouse in a couple of hours.

As a reply as to why I don't get it locally, I like to support vendors who support this forum and I'm hopefully in the last month of getting my house ready to put on the market.
I'm plenty busy dealing with that and trying to take care of my clients at the same time.
