What offset are the wheels and what size tires are you going to run?

ET20 is a pretty extreme offset for the R53.

What size tires are you planning to run?

I don't think you'll be able to run a 225. Even a 215 with any lowering you'll need camber adjustment meaning front adjustable camber top hats and rear adjustable lower links to tuck all that rubber. 9" width is very aggressive. Not impossible, but it will take some work. 8" is much more workable but still requires some effort.
