Painted my extra set of headlight rings black, I'm gonna get the other set color coded factory color since I can't find a good match on my own. Too cold to put the rings on today so I laid them on to get an idea of how it's going to look on my car.

Added a cravenspeed mount for my iPad, going to use it for music, navigation and dashcommand. Does take up some control space but it's easily manageable.

Full Zizas on the front end lighting aside from fog lights, those are next. Really adds some youth to a 10 year old car. Last one is for compairison

Here's a couple shots of the parking lights only as requested, very bright compared to stock.

Did you disable cold monitoring to prevent flicker when turning on the ignition? The trunk light has the LED rave feature too.

I didn't experience any flickering with these, perhaps ECS can confirm this but I assume the lights have the proper resistors and whatnot to keep that from happening.

I had no flickering either. I think Ziza integrates resistors into all their exterior LEDs.

I have Ziza's in the front marker lights and they flickered for a few seconds when turning on the ignition. Disabling cold monitoring of front standing lights fixed the issue. I have Xenon headlights and they match well. I purchased ebay ones for my wife's R52. We'll see how they last. But a whole interior set and the 2 front markers for $15.
Your lights look great. Enjoy!

thanks, the Zizas are a nice option for those of us without the nicer xenons, they have a much nicer output than the traditional halogen. Time will tell how they hold up though, not sure about the heat effects on the headlight assembly or the longevity.

Put my smoked led side indicators on last night
Added my black headlight rings as well, taillight tint arrived but it's too cold for that right now.

On start up you will have what I call a 'cop light bulb check'. All LED canbus will do this in the front markers. That is not seen when you have incandescent ( regular bulbs ) , but it does check it through the LKM module. Normal for MINI LKM. Then once the check is done, couple pulses, like 5 . it does not flicker at all. Been running them for some time.

Huh. I had been driving around with my back seats folded forward, and I noticed my cargo light (recently switched to LED) blinks on start up like you describe. This must be why.

Well I haven't noticed that, I only have them on my parking lights so I wouldn't really notice.

Yep, Bulbs check, pull up to a glass window and you will see a couple on/ offs on start up. Then they are fine.

Snagged a set of Ronal r98s for $120 off the list, they have seen better days but for the price I had to save them. Usually I'd sell them but I think I'll sand them up and re clear them and use them. One is good to go while the rest need some sanding. One wheel will need a little wheel bondo.

Nice find on the 98's. I saw those and passed since I got a used set with sensors for a little more a couple months back. I'm in the middle of a complete tear down and refinish doing something absolutely ridiculous to them.

I also have sensors on mine but I can't use them so I'm going to remove them, once I figure out how to get the stems out. Post some pics when you paint them up.
