Is there a post or a place were I can see all the different front bumpers for the R53 mini? I heard GP, aero kit, S, base... is there a place where one could see all of them?

Here you go for the Gen 1 MINI R50 R52 R53 models , I just did them all since the Aero bumper is also for the Base and Cooper S.

R53 Cooper S R52 Cooper S Front Bumper ( Stock )

Aero Front bumper

GP front Bumper ( On a GP 2006 )

&

"Justa cooper" pre 7/2004

"Justa Cooper" Post 7/2004 Refresh

That should help.

And just for educational purposes, there is no such thing as a "base" Cooper, unless you are talking about any model with zero options. They are either S or non-S.

Thanks for clarifying teach. On the MINI side we call it the S and non S, on the engine side from parts manufacturer side its base for the Cooper and then the Cooper S. That's why I use that term.

But the pictures above will help.

And you are welcome.

Look at realoem.com......
Put in your car Vin or production date...
Look up the skematic of your bumper....then look at the $$ for the individual parts...

And of note...
If I recall right, there was the regular aero kit (dealer installed), and the factory kit on late gen1 cars....

Not everybody knows that MINI officially calls the non-S model a "Cooper" (as opposed to "Cooper S"). Most people think Cooper is just short for Mini Cooper. I'm perfectly fine with anybody saying that they own a "base Cooper". Everybody knows they mean a non-S.

There was never a factory aero kit available on gen1. Gen1 aero kits were only available from the dealer.
