I was on the freeway today and decided to roll down both the windows and just cruise with the wind in my face. So I auto touch both windows and once the passenger side came down, the unbuckled seat belt started to whack violently against the inside of the B-pillar that almost made me freak out. I rolled the passenger window up about 4 inches and it fixed the problem, but it sorta bugs me that I can't roll both windows down and cruise at high speeds. Oh well

Mine has never done that at high speeds. Maybe adjusting the seatbelt height adjustment on the b-pillar might make a difference. Or you can always buckle it
Mine did that one day too. I almost screamed! If I put the height adjustment slide at the top it doesn't do it. I can't seem to find a happy spot for the rear seat belts (when I put the seats down). They rattle but don't flap with the intensity of the passenger belt.
The first time I heard that noise was at the track as I was hitting 110 just about ready to mash on the brakes to go into the first turn. Had me freaked out for a second or two before I realized what it was.
"I simply pull the belt over the side bolster of the passenger seat - I don't buckle it in, just slide it over the bolster, and all goes quiet."
