R50/53 Who rebuilds our SCs
Wmw says he looked hard, and tried several places to find a place that did the rebuild right. He also has said he often keeps units in stock for exchange...and the bonus is they are ported according to his website.
Several rebuilders have come and gone...a few folks have complained about excessive wait times, or rapid failure...so the wmw one seems like a safe bet.
Off the top of my head, I think Stegimier (not sure if I spelled it right) also does high quality rebuilds too...well respected in many circles.
There are a few places that do cheapy rebuilds, but have a high failure rate, but a long warrenty...with the sheer amount of labour involved to swap out a failed SC, going to this e-bay purveyor in FL seems like a false sense of economy IMO.

I have not used them, but when I thought my SC was failing I did a lot of research and decided that they were the shop I would choose. (Turns out it was a wobbly pulley, so the SC was fine). I called their shop directly to ask about turnaround time, and they said that they could have the SC back out the door within 48 hrs of receipt, which more or less nullifies the "instant" turnaround of WMW's swap system. Plus, you get to keep your original SC, which may be important to GP and JCW owners who value the "matching numbers" concept. Finally, I got the distinct impression that this shop is one of the dying breed of speed shops run by folks with the technical expertise to do it right, the enthusiasm to make it better/faster, the honesty to downsell you to something less profitable if that's what best fits your application, and the integrity to stand by their work.
I'd love to hear feedback from someone who has gotten their SC (on a MINI, not a Mustang) ported by these guys.

I used Supercharger Technologies.
I replaced my SC about 6 weeks ago and have done two track weekends and about 1000 miles of street driving.

Is it still doing well?

This is going into my bookmark but truly hope, it will be a while before calling them.
Sounds like I need to get into the SC rebuilding business! Looks like a very straightforward and simple job. Easier and less room for error than what I'm doing now and pays much, much better. I already have the basic tools, solvent wash tank, media blast cabinet, die grinders and abrasives for porting, press, lathe to make special tooling and press blocks. I may look into the cost of rebuild parts.
