05 MCS - Just Tinted w/Picture!

Hey guys, just got him tinted, all 5 windows and both sunroofs and I had them shave the tint right to the edge of the doors so theres no visible line. They did a great job!

As for legality, as I'm sure someone will bring this up, yes, it is illegal in Alberta for the driver's and passenger's side windows to be done. My last car was done in 20%, this is done in limo (8%), and in my last car I had one ticket in 5 years. I even had cops pull up beside me in traffic the DAY I had my mini done and they did nothing. My heart was pounding, no doubt, but they didn't do anything

That looks hot!! I think it would look even better with the beltline blacked out.

That's crazy! What part of the country are you from? That amount of light rejection would come in real handy here in the desert. I would just be worried about being able to see anything at night!

Have you consider metallic tint? It has better light rejection w/o going so dark.

Nice tinit job Justin!! Definitely looks sexy. I agree with on of the other poster to black out the belt line. But that would be all i black out. I think the chrome else where will look good. Definitley should get some chrome rims. Prop it up on 17's with a 7.5 wide will look awsome.

Anyways are you part of the calgary mini club? If not you should definitley look em up. I'm with the edmonton one and we occasionally meet up. Be nice to see your ride in person.

That looks fantastic !

I had that same tint set up on my old GTi......but it was like sitting in the opening of a tunnel.....great during the day but not so great at night as you really had to be ontop of things when driving.
