You'll love the V1. I've had mine for about four months and have NO complaints. I got a ticket in the town I live in and that prompted me to drop the $400 on the V1. The cops in my town always run with their radar on.....it's now like hanging a bell around a cat....I can spot them anywhere. They also drive many times with their windows rolled down. There's nothing more fun than having your window rolled down and the volume up as high as it will go as you pass by them on the street.

Had mine for over 4 years now. Not one ticket (touch wood). Its a great machine. Use it wisely and be hyper-aware of your sourroundings always when you motor.

p.s. Welcome to MCO.

I have had mine for over 4 months, and I use it everyday. I have yet to have a close call. In Missouri they mostly are not very stealthy. Usually they leave the KA band units on all the time, and it is no problem. However, it is my understanding if they use laser and you are not lucky you will probably get caught. So use it, watch out, and don't go faster than you can afford the ticket.

Anyone have any ideas on placement, concealed or otherwise, for the V1 in the MINI?
