for anyone who has read my "i think i just got scammed" posting i want to post an update. i have got in touch with them.(even though it took days) and as of right now they have assured me it will be taken care of. I would like to think of this as some sort of cyber system glitch and that they are are worthy company. I dont know if i will go as far as recomending them yet but i will update what happens once it has been resolved. If i have overreacted towards them i will post an apology and retraction but like i said...will update when i have more info

Maybe, you should make some sort of post on the other thread, that maybe you didnt get scammed, and that is was a glitch... Or have it closed all together... Maybe there was a bit of over-reaction.
I think saying you were scammed and then leaving that thread and starting a new one is a little unfair to them. People may not read both threads or even get to the bottom of your original thread...

i posted something there first but untill it is resolved i plan on leaving it open

dang, only a 2 day wait without a call back doesn't seem to warrant such an over reaction (maybe over-reaction is a harsh term; maybe "panic" is a better word?) I understand it was $400and some but still, problems like that are very solvable, especially with paypal..
i guess it is a little hard for me to take the lack of customer service. no one answering the phone...no responce to e-mails..no responce to messages. I can understand a wait but two days in the middle of a buisness week? also repeated calls to try to contact them during buisness hours. Maybe we all have a different version of satisfactory customer service and i have high standards. either way i will keep everyone updated
