Undercarrage Knock when shifting/accelerating

So have a new issue that I "think" might be the Ireland exhaust banging on the heat sheild from underneith the car. When I accelerate off the line everytime I shift under moderate or heavy acceleration I hear something knocking underneith the undercarrage. I "think" it is up around the Catalytic converter but not certain as very had to pin down the exact area. The motor mount looks good...any other mounts that are known to breakdown and cause more then normal engine movement?

Any other areas to look for?

Cheers

I may be the pipe rattling on the center mount, seen this alot. If you have a USS it will make the same noise as the cat rattles on it.

Well doesnt appear to be the exhaust..but I can replicate in the driveway very easy by rocking the car back and forth w/ the clutch on the driveway slope. Also great test w/ parking brake on. Really does sound to be right under the shifter area...hmmm

Unbelievable...just found the bolt that fell out just sitting under the hole on a ledge under the motor mount where it fell out! Wow...she is back in and a touch of LocTite to hold it in!

Hope this post might help others

I had a similar issue with a milltek header and catback. I put Ireland Engineering bushings in engine top / bottom and transmission mount, and exhaust banging on the center exhaust mount is gone.
