I read this discription at the MossMini website...

"LiveWires' extremely low resistance of 250 Ohms per wire, nearly 13 times less than stock wires, provides a path for optimum spark. Feature a durable and long-lasting silicone jacket with swivel boots for easy installation. Heat shrunk boot ends keep dirt and moisture away from terminal ends. Installation of LiveWires and Screamin' Demon Coil have yielded consistent 0-60MPH times up to 1 second quicker."

Can anyone confirm this statement? How is it possible?

The only thing I can think of is if the wires were so shot that the motor was running very poorly. Then just about anything would be an improvement.
Moss has a way with words... let's just put it that way. I get catalogs for Miata, Mini and Triumph and they all "embellish a touch".

Unless your plugs/ wires/ coil are completely worn out, replacing same is just a bling thing. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Yes you would likely see a 1 second improvement in 0-60 by installing the Live Wires and Demon Coil kit IF one of your original plug wires had been disconnected/broken to begin with...

I'm hoping the 1 second quicker results from each wire -- so I've ordered a set of 4.

If you want real performance, you need to get the wires from KaleCo Auto!
