Well, I finally went and did it. I placed my order for my Cooper S this morning!
Now the waiting begins, but I already started on getting my mods. I have the Euro parcel shelf (thanks to Brian @ Classic Mini), 18" wheels. I have lined up all my other mods so when the car gets here, all I have to do is put them on.

If I can only get through the next 10-12 weeks..................

P.S. Anyone want to buy an Acura CL Type-S???

nparker, welcome to the MCO!

Congrats on getting thru the wait list to finally get your order placed! It took me 9 months from getting on the wait list to finally getting my order in. How long were you on your wait list?

Congratulations. The easy part is over. The hard part begins when your car gets in and you have to wait 1250 miles to wind up the supercharger!!!

Hey...that's great news!!! 10-12 weeks ain't too bad....I waited that long for my Cooper. Once you're motoring it'll seem just a distant memory!

Congrats! 10 to 12 weeks is not badt at all for a new MCS (Are you getting a '03 or '04?)

Its been already six months since I put my order for a new '04 MCS and I still have another three and a half to four more months to go before it gets here.

They said it should be an '03 but if the production date slips then it will be an '04.
Either way it's fine with me.

Did you get a prod number? If so, then you should be finding out the date of the week you're car is to be produced.
