since we had such a ball on the last run planed on doing it agian
up mount hamilton to mines road out to livermore
takes about 2.5 hours make sure you have gas before we leave best to start above 3/4 full

I am from SoCal, not NorCal, but I have done the Mt. Hamilton - Mines Road - to Livermore drive a couple of times in my MCS and it is a great one!!


You could do the whole thing in 2.5 hours, but I would take a bit of a break up top at the Lick Observatory and check it out - quite interesting!!

Myself and a couple others are leaving Starbucks in San Ramon on Crow Canyon for D&B's in Milpitas no later than 6:40am, if anyone is heading down from the East Bay/Tri-Valley...

Was going to make the drive down to go on the run, but glad I didnt as there seemed to be no MINI's?

 

even if there were no other MINIs, at least one would have been nice, to represent!

yeah its too bad that not one MINI showed up, there were Subarus, Mazda RX-7, Nissan 240sx, etc.

I wish some would have gone, oh well, there is always the next drive!
