There are 2 entrances to the Meadow Lake area one is via the Van Wyck Expressway the other is From Jewel Ave it’s the same on-ramp as the Grand Central Parkway just take the immediate Right. The Lake side is Labeled by color (as shown in the pic below). Just follow Meadow Lake Drive, which only goes one way (clock wise), until you get to the Blue Area which is next to the Grand Central Parkway. You will see my Pure Red Countryman with the Roofrack w/stickers on the Fairing the big Center Sticker says nyMINIons. Parking Lakeside is limited, but there are parking areas around the lake. I will try to reserve as many parking spots as the park rangers allow me to.
Most of the guys will get there after 12 or 1pm. There’s a Mini Parade event in Harlem that morning that they want to go to.
While at the nyMINIons BBQ there are other family activities the park offers like Pedal Boats, Kayaking and Bicycle Rentals. There is also a kiddie park with sprinklers next to the “Chill n Grill” Area

I'm down and if anyone have some shop recommendation in Brooklyn for some mods (rally lights, etc), please let me know.

Hi, I'm strongly considering getting back in a MINI again. Had a 2006 Cooper S and looking at possibly buying a current generation Mini Cooper JCW. I might have a couple questions and was wondering how I would get involved in the Whats App group chat.
I currently own a 09’ JCW R56! It currently has 36,800 mi. I’ve done a bunch of mod upgrades. Putting our roughly 250 hp. What would you like to know?

This is happening in 2 weeks. These are fast runs through the twistys. We move pretty fast but not carelessly.

It was great seeing the usual suspects and lots of new faces. Some people pushed through the twisties and had fun others were content just hanging out chatting, taking pictures, taking video and some people are happy just propping up a seat and taking in the views. That’s what we’re all about just come out and do your thing.
