I forgot to text you and MrRad That I won one of the HOT LAPS at Limerock, it was awesome. I may have to meet you guys half way on the 18th or meet up along the LIE somewhere since I have to go to the airport that morning and planning on going from there.

If your car is not ready and you still have the rental maybe you can drive it and park it somewhere near the Queens/LI border and be my Co-pilot from there if you don't have your rental i'll come into the city and pick you up i'll be so early at the airport that i'll have plenty of time so just let me know how you want to do it.

 

Well today is my birthday and I'm bummed because I don't have my MINI. But.....the good news is I got a phone call telling me that my JCW rear bumper is getting picked up tomorrow and everything will be ready sometime next week...before the 18th. Yay :-)

 

Okay cool. I should have it back by the 18th. I could meet you close to the airport and we head out from there. It'll be early and traffic should be light.

 

I think the purist will get over it when they realize its not their car

No, I was 10 minutes late, but that was my cheap *** fault. Tried avoiding toll roads & hit traffic. I could've been 30 minutes early & gotten some rest.

Just dechroming this month, next month will be the roof/new bonnet stripes & some interior bits (in chili red), followed by roll cage & performance mods (intake, full exhaust, fmic, tune) in no order.
