Just Amazing - NEW 30gb iPod Photo

Well, i finally went out and dropped some cash and picked up a new 30gb iPod i had read about, that now has a photo library built into the iPod.

I already transfered about 300 songs on in under 4 hours.

I'm working on my photo collection right now. Its simply amazing. I can set up a slideshow with music also.

I had to go to 3 different Best Buy's to get one, and the last one only had 2 left! What luck!

I'll toss up some pics tomarrow after i buy and install a mount and my aux adapter. I cant wait to see how it sounds now!

btw, whats the aux adapter run? 45 bucks or so?

ipod

Congratulations on the iPod. My AUX adapter cost $40 + tax. It was a very easy install and I just love having a thousand or so songs to listen to while I drive. I think that you will be pleased.
Enjoy

It will sound much better, albeit quieter with the MINI iPod adapter instead of the AUX adapter. $150

Yes it charges the iPod and the MFSW, if you have it, controls the iPod. The normal location is in the glovebox. However you could opt to not have the cable routed in there.

Looks like you got one of the last of the 30GB iPods. Apple just dropped the 30GB model and upgraded the 20GB with the Photo features. You've got space for 2,500 more songs (ymmv).

Check out the HP + iPOD 30 GB which does exactly the same things.

Or you could just drop the dough on the 60GB.

Problem is, I already filled it, and I'm just itching for the 80GB to come out later this year. Good thing I didn't get my 60GB engraved, so I can resell it!
