Navigation is intermittently not working
I have a 2017 JCW F54 with Nav and the XL screen. Recently, I have been experiencing the Nav not working. The dealership has updated the software and still get the issue. Only thing that seems to fix the problem is to shut off the engine, wait, restart. Anyone else run into this?

What does it do when it’s not working?
Is the option there but there is no reception? Or you can no longer select the option?

Then my best educated guess, is that you lost your maps. More specifically, the hardware that stores the map data, has failed (or is intermittedly failing)..
