I have an error reading from my headunit. Its code 031782 SIF: Online. I have searched the interwebs and the forums. I have come with nothing. Attached is the image of the code from BimmerLink. The headunit is brand new and this error occurred with the old one as well. TIA

 

Seems like you can ignore the error, it’s a ConnectDrive services fault. You can delete it.

 

Do MINIs have ConnectedDrive services? Is there a way to activate it?

 

Yes, mini has its own MINI CONNECTED, I guess you can ask your dealer or see if it can be coded by some 3rd party. Tbh you don’t need it if you have CarPlay, unless you use the mini assist, real-time traffic or remote services.

 

I don’t have a need for much of those features other than real time traffic but I think I have that already

 

Ok. Yea a lot of folks didn’t bother with all that jazz once CarPlay was available.
