Looking for a mount for my phone and/or sat radio

I just got a new Mini Cooper (company car!) and looking for a place to mount my phone and/or satellite radio. I have a Sirius Sportster 5 and have not had a chance to explore where I can grab power and run the satellite antenna.

Seen some of the mounts that plug into the cigarette lighter, and that might work for the phone, don't think it would work for the sat radio.

I was trying to find something that looked like a gooseneck that would mount to the floor and give me a mounting point for the sat radio and then I could tie all the cables to that.

Has anyone done something like that or have other product ideas? Or a better way/mount for a Sirius Sportster 5?

Thanks!

That is exactly what I am looking for. It looks like I need a ProClip to start?

What mount did you use for that? I see a few...dashboard, pedestal, etc.

Dashboard mount with a vertical extension plate.

Then you need the adapters for your particular device.

I chose swivel mount adapters.

You have the Onyx Plus radio correct? I was looking at that, my Sportster must know I'm getting a new car and it's acting up. So I might just get a new radio.

I am assuming this is what you purchased from ProClip:
Angled Mount
Radio Mount
Vertical Extension Plate
Antenna adapter

Did you find power elsewhere? Or did you just use the power adapter that came with the Onyx?

Thanks for all the input. I was reading your other posts and I sound almost as OCD as you are.

Yup!!

The power to the SXM was a female power/lighter adapter tapped at the fuse block using an add a fuse.

The GPS is plugged in at the console power port, as I can't cut the end, it has a built in traffic antenna.

Since the 2015 Mini I am getting has navi, I am going to mount my iPhone above the SXM. I got the iPhone 5 mount with cable. I also found an http://www.ebay.com/itm/201039836931?ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fsch%2Fi.html%3F_from%3DR40%26_sacat%3D0%26_nkw%3D201039836931%26_rdc%3D1. I also have a Galaxy S4 that is my work phone. So iPhone into the Mini's USB plug for audio, dual USB cigarette plug to power the Onyx and a regular old USB charger for the Galaxy S4. Pair both phones for phone calls. That's a lot of moving parts and I'm glad it can be done!

How did you run your wires? Some split-loom and black zip ties? The only unknown I have is about the SXM antenna cable. I think I am just looking for the pink antenna cable on the passenger side. I ordered a 6' cable from CDInt just to give me a little more wiggle room.

I get the car on Friday, but all the parts will start trickling in next week. Can't wait to get everything in!

Another question - which add-a-fuse did you use? I was looking on eBay and was assuming these are mini style fuses.
