Fiberglass box installed

I don't know if anyone recalls this thread, https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=106606 Thats where the story started. In my frustrating searches around town for someone to build me a fiberglass box who knew what they were doing, a buddy of mine who owns a subaru mentioned talking to Audio Integrations. I ran down there and chatted for a bit, they ended up giving me a great deal in trade for the use of the car to build a mold, cost me about 4 days of using another car, and then I had to wait after that for them to get one from the mold, which was fine since I wasn't planning to do this right away. Anyway, I think it's great, awesome fit, sounds killer, I went with an entry level d1 off a diamond mono block via a loc for now. It sounds pretty darn good for having it hooked up to the factory deck, next step will be to get a new deck and upgrade to a d3 sub and 4 channel, originally that was the plan, but decided since the entry level woofer was so inexpensive, I'd piece the system together and upgrade a bit later. on to the crappy "I was excited and it was cold and dark out" pics

I hate my camera Should buy a new one for x-mas

Thanks, the pics don't really do it justice though. I should have taken photography in school

That's a nice looking enclosure. I'm planning my audio upgrade now, and this is rising to the top for my sub choice. It looks like they use the stud behind the panel in the boot to mount the enclosure. I was planning on putting an amp behind the both left and right side panels. With this enclosure, can you still fit an amp on the right side?

I'd be interested if there was a sturdy grille. that sub renders the trunk useless for carrying anything, unless you want to be replacing the driver all the time

Awesome box. Looks clean in the boot, but a grill would be so needed for me. I carry "stuff" in the boot and drive like my breaks don't work.

It's right around .75.

Depending on how big your amplifier is, it may be possible, the enclosure fits with the factory harman amp, so I would guess it's possible

I don't really haul a lot of stuff, the enclosure is slightly tilted back so I hopefully should be safe, I may eventually get a jl woofer w/grill, I saw a mini on their site that they used a jl woofer and grill, which looks like a good option. Link here. I would like to have them finish off my boot like that someday as well. Thanks for all the compliments, I'm extremely happy and glad I found them. I saw they have become vendors on the home page, so thats cool, check them out

I would love to do that but I am not sure my sub would fit. I have the Infinity Kappa Perfect 10dvq, which has a larger magnet that is 6.5 inches. Does anyone know if this would fit? Also my amp is on the rear seat on that side.

Any other type of boxes like this?

Thanks

I'm 99 1/2% positive that woofer will fit, it has quite a bit of depth.
