I don't see why there wouldn't be, did you check the Sirius or XM websites?

Yes, Sirius is available in the UK. I did a Google search and found out that is available.

I'm not aware of Sirius or XM (nor HD Radio) being offered overseas.

They can't even drive on the right side and you think they have satellites?

You might want to take a look at this:

Yes, but would Sirius/XM provide service to overseas customers? Likely not.

Also - your radio would have to be set to US mode, making AM/FM frequency searching more difficult.

In the Internet search I performed last night I got results back of people making comments that they subscribe to Sirius in the UK. I didn't dig too deeply to see if they might have been talking about an Internet based subscription or a radio based subscription. Albeit from the quick searches I did, it appears to be available. Now, if I was seriously looking into it, I would have dug deeper, contacted Sirius for confirmation etc.

XM and Sirius only cover North America. XM has staionary satellites, whereas Sirius satellites move in a looping orbit over North and South America but even they only broadcast to the US and Canada.

Here is a link that shows coverage and satellite positions:

You are correct garp, I looked through their website and in their FAQ it states this:

18. What countries is SIRIUS service available in?SIRIUS is currently available in the continental US and Canada. For information on our Canadian service, please visit www.sirius-canada.com.

The websites I saw must have been in reference to Sirius online.
