Error Code

Anyone get the P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Gross Leak) with their MTH file?

I was running my first Tuner file then added a pulley. When I updated the software for the pulley I threw this code along with the "check filler cap" light. I don't see any problems with the filler cap.

I updated the software again after doing the one ball exhaust and the code remains. I cleared the code with my carchip but it comes right back.

Any ideas?

Update

I reset the SES again Friday. After driving for a few miles the Check Filler Cap light came on again. After this light came on a few times the SES light came on again Saturday night. Same error code, P0455 Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Gross Leak).

Any chance that when you installed the pulley you accidentally loosened or disconnected one of the evap return hoses? If I recall correctly, they're in the general vicinity of the pulley (at least on that side of the engine) -

Could be. I'll check that asap and report back
