Hey guys, up for sale is my 2003 Mini Cooper S, it has ~109k miles

Price is $3,50OBO

The car runs well, had it tuned about a month or so ago by Jan from RMW, at the same time had the belt changed as well as spark plugs and injectors (450cc).

The good:
Car runs well, pulls really strong
oil changed every 5k miles since I got the car, serviced regularly (have all receipts available)
Got better gas mileage after the tune ~29mpg combined
Everything that goes bad over time has basically been fixed already (tensioner, crank damper, control arm bushings, upper strut mounts) and parts were replaced with stock or better than stock parts

Now for the bad:
Slave cylinder seems to have gone, clutch pedal is dead
Car was rear ended, everything was fixed with factory parts - have pictures upon request
Clear coat is peeling kind of bad on the drivers side, see pics attached
Has a small oil leak(less than half a quart per 5k miles) from crank cover (thought it was from the oil pan gasket, has been fixed several times by Mini only to have the oil leak continue) - receipts for this as well
Needs a new wheel bearing on front passenger-side wheel.

Everything that is wrong with the car can be fixed before sale upon buyers request and expense

If the car doesn't sell outright within a week, or if I don't get a decent enough offer, I'll probably part it out.
