SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY

For those who don't know, I **AM** be moving to Guam (instead of Japan). So this is just a feeler to see who and if anyone has any serious interest.

I will answer any questions anyone has, and feel free to send via PM if you don't want to post them. There have been 3 incidents with this vehicle; hit a curb, got rear ended, not tied down properly on tow truck when garage attendants broke shifter resulting in hood damage... All 3 have been 100% repaired via replacements. There are 0 'fixed' parts on the Batmini. Every damaged part was removed if damaged, and replaced with new parts. There is zero frame damage, no dents or knicks (except normal road chipping for 30k), the car is aligned, and everything is working peachy keen.

Man, that would suck if you aren't able to keep it in storage.
It wouldn't be right for the Batmini to be in another one's cave.

When are you possibly moving? I'm not in the market yet but I probably will be in a few months. Also, any rough figure for how much you're wanting for the car as is, with all the mods? You can PM me if you want.

It makes me sad that this thread even has to exist. Hopefully you won't have to go over there and can stay stateside. Just remember what NAVY stands for...Never Again Volunteer Yourself!

Yes, it has LSD as listed on the factory mods list.

There is no price at the moment, as I still do not have 'FIRM' orders to move, I've only been told over the phone. I'm still waiting for confirmation one way or the other... This is a feeler thread to see if there is any interest. I am accepting offers, but have not yet put calculated an asking price.

The 'phone orders to move' said I would need to report in October 2006, and if those go through, I will need to sell the Mini in Early to mid-sept.

EDIT:
Info from Kelly Blue Book's website:

*Typical mileage for this vehicle (2005 MCS) is 20000

Vehicle Details
Engine:4-Cyl. Supercharged
Transmission:6 Speed Manual
Drivetrain:FWD
Mileage:20,000

Dual Front Air Bags
Front Side Air Bags
ABS (4-Wheel)
Traction Control

Selected Optional Equipment:

Premium Sound
DVD System
Power Seat
Power Sun Roof
Premium Wheels

Blue Book Private Party Value
Private Party Value is what a buyer can expect to pay when buying a used car from a private party. The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than the continuing factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes.

Vehicle Condition: Excellent (Selected) $25,340
"Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category.
In terms of 'body work', I'll clarify why I feel the vehicle still meets the excellent standard. During the tow truck indicent, the hood was completely replaced, not repaired. When I was rear ended, there was no damage to the frame under the bumper skin, and the bumper skin as well as the exhaust (was a little bent) were 100% replaced, not repaired. Curb incident with bent wheels/control arms, all affected suspension components 100% replaced, not repaired.

All parts current on the vehicle are free from any sort of damage or 'repair' work.

Keep in mind the KBB 'used car value' information does not include aftermarket mods.

I'm looking to buy a Mini but I'm certain I can't afford yours.

I'd just like to say I think this is the most incredible looking Mini I've ever seen... just my $0.02

Bump for MOTD07.

Current milage at 29k. Will have 30k upon arrival to MOTD.

I have an EPOD Boost Guage, and Oil Pressure gauge standing by for install. Also plan on putting in black gauge faceplates to replace the factory faceplates on the tach & speedo. Also, I have 4 brand new P-Zero Neros which will be installed prior to MOTD.

The reason why I'm accepting offers, is that I'm still not 100% sure I want to take the Batmini to Guam for 3 years. I will consider serious offers which take blue book, mods, and uniqueness of this Mini (example, can't get Jet Black anymore) into consideration.

Accepted offers could possibly take delivery at MOTD.

Will you take installments?
