This is off of Del Monte ave at the Municipal Warf. The beach house is off to the right as you enter Figuerora st. You're too far up on the map.

By virtue of the Tennessean newspaper, I've been made aware of a few details. I intend to contact the local promoters today or tomorrow to get further details.

What I know:

MTTS should arrive from Memphis around 1 or 2pm
Festival stage from 5 - 10pm
Bands - John Hiatt, Rodney Crowell, Tift Merritt, Jimmy Hall, Chris Janson, & Thad Cockrell.

Out of sheer curiousity... ...What's to stop a MINI guy or girl (or 2 or 3 or 7...) from jumping into the MINI Caravan as it passes through their locale, and tagging along for a couple 100 miles for fun?

Merely for the sake of discussion, of course!

 

The caravaning is open to anyone, it's just the events that you need a wrist band to be able to attend. It's going to be fun to see who we pick up along the way ! See ya there!

Is anyone willing to part with their MTTS registration package? We didn't think we were going to be able to make it,,,, but now it looks like we will. We're a little nervous about making our final plans without the wrist bands. We'll gladly pay for the kit and cover shipping.

their is some left but i don't know how quick it will be to get it, I say go anyways and see if you can get in, some people are saying all you need is your keys but not 100% sure. I would still go and see what happens, you can't miss this MINI meet.

 

You need keys to drive the public highways but, you need the wristbands for anything MINI USA related. Lunches were provided free of charge yesterday and today to those of us with the red bands.

 

Juan...do I have to actually be WEARING the wristband? It cuts off the circulation to my hand. Can I just show it or something?

I'm picking up my '06 JCW MCS in NJ next Tuesday. That will put me in Indy Wed afternoon for the events. I didn't sign up ahead of time. Anyone have an extra wristband, or will there be wristbands handed out at Indy?
