And all the cool swag, I pictured the wrist band to be just like this (lance armstrong type).
The GP owners get the Fancy GP Box... we just got a bubble wrap bag
I will now combine the black box with the MTTS white Bag.. and maybe it will unvail the new 2007
pics without ducktape.
Maybe not..
Can't wait to get things started, stay tuned to this post for more things to come.

Hey guys, need your help! I registered for the first leg, but planning to continue for 3 or 4 more. Reading the, posts I believe there is no problem.
1) I think I registered for 2 only, but coming with my wife and 2 daughters. Is it OK?
2) Couldn't find any info on MINIUSA website about the hotels, the links just don't work. How can I plan reservations for the first 4 or 5 legs.
3) Is there a thread for LA area registrants, or what mini club covers it?
Thank you in advance and will be glad to meet you there!

The armbands get you into every special event. The registration was to give the organizers a head count indication but, for you going to something you didn't register for, there'll be someone else who registered but won't make it.
The MTTS website has hotel info - you need to click on the "leg" PDF file which you can call up inside the MTTS site ...
I've copied the "download route info" links to GPMINI.net so you can access them there if you prefer:
to Las Vegas
to Flagstaff
etc
Oh - SCMM has a thread

For anyone going to Lime Rock at the end, there is a map on GPMINI.net which shows MTTS entry (bottom of map) and outfield parking, GP entry (top right) and infield parking, and the MINI exhibit area and hospitality ...

Ok...I also just came across this...not sure who Tift Meritt is but he/she is playing at the MINI Music Festival during the Nashville stop. You should be able to see any updates to the line up here:

Coordinator :: Sin City MINI Club & AMVIV
She looks like she needs to eat something.

Funny you should say that...when I saw the pic I didn't think she looked strong enough to do much good massage-wise. Then again, is the purpose of the Maxim girls really for massages??

I'd barely notice if she did one of the massage things where she walked on my back.

If not for the massage why sit down. It's possible to leer from across the room.Originally Posted by vargasgal

The key for a masseuse is knowledge and the proper technique. Besides, for seated massage you can't really see who's working on you anyhow.

For those that have never attended Historics before I can guarantee that the track will be shrouded in fog and in the low to mid 60s until about 10am - it seems like it is this way every year. Bring a sweater...
Now about MTTS, is this Pirate's Cove beach (red A marker from GoogleMaps) where we are supposed to meet on Monday morning? How early are you guys getting there? 6? 7?
Has anyone heard if the city of Monterey is going to close some streets off for us or organize a police escort?? I just can't IMAGINE 754 cars in downtown Monterey all trying to funnel onto Hwy 1....

Eric,
Your spot on about the FOG. Good suggestion about a sweater.
Jesse & I will try to be at Pirates Cove at or before 7AM. Hope they have hot coffee!

But not to be overdone the party outside of NYC is going to the best and we have the greatest amount doing that leg over 800+.
Can't beat the view of NYC from the Hyatt jersey city.http://jerseycity.hyatt.com/hyatt/hotels/index.jsp
